I'm a licensed real estate agent with LPT Realty, based in Metro Atlanta and focused on one thing: helping my clients buy and sell with confidence, wherever they are in the process.

I work with buyers and sellers across all of Metro Atlanta — not just one corner of it. Alongside traditional resale, I've spent years building deep expertise in new construction: builder floor plans, incentive structures, and construction timelines, so my clients never have to guess — I already know the answers, or I know exactly who to ask.

Buying new construction is different from buying resale. There's no listing agent representing you unless you bring your own — and that's where I come in. I represent you, not the builder, from your first visit to the model home through your final walkthrough.
